BHS varsity softball team edges South Dearborn

The Batesville Lady Bulldogs picked up a needed win in the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference by knocking off South Dearborn at home by a score of 3-2. Batesville JV falls to New Palestine

The Batesville High School junior varsity baseball team lost a 16-0 decision to New Palestine. The Bulldogs were held to four hits in the game. Zack Blomer, Alex McPherson, Anthony Butz and Joe Bohman each had one hit.

Lady Bulldogs lose to Lawrenceburg

The Batesville Lady Bulldogs varsity softball team suffered a 5-4 loss to Lawrenceburg. The Lady Bulldogs had eight hits compared to six by Lawrenceburg. 5-1-15 Softball Game change

Varsity softball will play two games this evening at BHS.  First game will be against Greensburg and will start at 5:30 PM.  The girls will them play against the Golden Bears of Shelbyville in a game that will start 20 minutes after the Greensburg game.

The Batesville track and field teams closed out the regular meet schedule victorious as the remaining meets this season are invitationals and tournaments.
